Prysmian is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to lead Lean Sigma initiatives on the SC production floor, driving improvements in yield, efficiency and capacity.
Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will develop SOPs, procure equipment, mentor teams and perform root-cause analysis while maintaining safety and compliance. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in engineering or 4+ years related experience, with 3–5 years in manufacturing, preferably wire & cable.
