Warehouse and Logistics Supervisor

Comprehensive responsibility for factory warehousing, import and export logistics, material receipt, dispatch, and distribution, controlling inventory turnover and logistics costs, ensuring stable production and order fulfillment, and managing team coordination.

• Responsible for raw materials, finished goods inventory in and outbound, warehouse area planning, inventory counting, and 5S on-site management, ensuring record and actual consistency;
• Oversee international logistics, customs clearance, and local distribution, controlling transportation timeliness and costs;
• Coordinate with production and procurement to ensure timely material supply;
• Establish a daily management system, continuously optimize work processes, and improve operational efficiency;
• Analyze the current logistics layout, create opportunities and space for production process improvements through logistics layout optimization;
• Lead the planning and implementation of logistics projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

• Bachelor's degree or above, preference for majors related to supply chain or logistics management;
• More than 3 years of experience in warehouse management in manufacturing;
• Possess strong pressure resistance and the ability to handle problems independently;
• Familiar with WMS/ERP systems, import and export procedures, and relevant compliance requirements;
• Have excellent data analysis, process optimization, and layout planning skills.

• Fluent in Chinese.
• Experience in managing cross-cultural teams;
• Experience in lean logistics, inventory turnover improvement, and stagnant inventory clearance projects.
