The Construction Expediter is responsible for monitoring the flow of materials, equipment, and documentation from suppliers to the job site. This role involves proactive planning, tracking, and troubleshooting to prevent delays in construction projects, ensuring all materials meet specifications and arrive on schedule. Main responsibilities are:

• Determine supply needs through technical details and schedules
• Manage the orders of material and equipment to meet project requirements
• Review Maintenance Plan/Schedule daily and identify and stage parts required 24 to 48 hours inadvance.
• Coordinate the delivery of supplies according to priorities and specifications
• Resolve problems to speed up delivery of orders Inspect orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quality andquantity
• Monitor inventory of supplies for different jobs orsites
• Place orders when needed aiming for timely delivery and competitive price
• Arrange the movement of material between locations
• Detect and troubleshoot issues with delivery oforders
• Monitor orders upon arrival to ensure the correct quality andquantity
• Ensure all vendor parts are received through HGMwarehouse.
• Ensure returns make it to the respective Warehouse: HGM or Vendor Warehouse. Ensure returns are processed properly with proper paperwork: PO number, WO number, any return paperworkrequired.
• Order parts for breakdown RMworkwhen the maintenance supervisor or lead is not available.
• Order parts for CM Maintenanceon aproperly coded workorder.
• Deliver parts to field mechanic or shop floor as required.
• Inventory parts totes and make notes of any inventory changes. Re-order parts that were removed to use another piece of equipment.
• Daily email to logistic technicians’ group, on shift maintenance supervisor or lead with log sheets, inventory sheets and any information that may be pertinent on the followingshifts.

• 2 to 3 years' experience in parts processes preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Time Management to manage the day-to-dayduties
• Able to use part books to identify parts needed for repair, Skilled in Cat SIS, My Komatsu, My Sandvik, to order parts needed Preferred
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Products (Excel, Word,etc.)
• Pronto CMMS experienced preferred.
• Committed to continuously improving the safe and efficient operation of the department.
