Entry Level Purchasing Assistant

Salary: $18-$20/hour

What your future day will look like:
Process hardware, software, subscription, and licensing purchase orders while ensuring accuracy and adherence to service expectations. Maintain and update purchase order information, including estimated arrival dates and shipment status within SAP. Monitor open orders and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery, invoicing, or customer expectations. Review and address blocked or parked invoices to support accurate and timely financial processing. Collaborate with supplier representatives, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to coordinate purchasing activities and provide order support.

Build strong supplier relationships while supporting inventory flow, sales opportunities, and operational performance.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, distribution, customer service, or operations support preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree, related industry experience, or multilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French, or German) are a plus
