Crossroads Treatment Centers in the United States is seeking a Dosing Nurse to join our outpatient MAT program. You will follow policies to identify patients and administer medications as ordered, dispense daily and take-home doses, and coordinate care with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse in the practicing state with a good standing license is required, with 3+ years of nursing experience preferred and CPR/BLS certification preferred.
