We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Pediatric Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide one‑on‑one in‑home care for a 1‑year‑old child. This role is ideal for a nurse who is patient, attentive, and experienced in complex pediatric care.
Client Overview- Pediatric patient
- 100% G‑tube dependent for nutrition and medications
- Requires skilled, attentive nursing care and developmental support
Shifts Available: 4-, 8-, and 12‑hour shifts (Morning & Evening options)
Responsibilities- Provide safe, skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
- Administer G‑tube feedings and medications
- Support daily routines and comfort needs
- Communicate effectively with family and care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Active RN or LPN license in South Carolina
- Pediatric nursing experience required
- Hands‑on experience with G‑tubes (required)
- Reliable, compassionate, and detail‑oriented
- Flexible scheduling (part‑time or full‑time)
- Consistent, private‑duty case
- Supportive family and care team
- Meaningful, one‑on‑one pediatric care experience
- Pay: $30-37/hr
