Job Description

The Mcleod Health Resource Pool provides an alternative work model allowing you to control your schedule to match your lifestyle. Broaden your work experience by floating among several McLeod facilities or take a long‑term assignment, working at only one. Your Life – Your Time – Your Choice!

• Float to 4 McLeod Hospital locations – $60/hr.; minimum of 12‑hour shift every 6 weeks.
• Float to 6 McLeod Hospital locations – $65/hr.; minimum of 24‑hour shift every 6 weeks.
• Long Term Assignment – work at least one assignment every 6 months; $40/hr. plus $1,080 stipend each week. Must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option.
• Long Term Assignment – work at least one assignment every 6 months; $70/hr must live 50 miles or greater from the assigned facility to qualify for this option.

Candidates must have 2 years of current PT experience.
