Position: Administrative Specialist CL2 - Occupational Therapy

Administrative Specialist CL2 - Occupational Therapy Responsibilities

  • Providing full range of communications, both verbally and in writing, regarding non-routine questions, issues and procedures.
  • Handling the most complex and sensitive customer/student requests requiring a comprehensive understanding of relevant policies, procedures and rules.
  • Preparing individualized responses for non-routine and/or escalated issues.
  • Providing secondary support to other College of Nursing and Health Professions units as needed.
Required Qualifications
  • 60 credits or more of higher education or equivalent work experience and training.
  • Three years of administrative experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency.
