What You’ll Be Doing
  • Run company crews on construction job sites.
  • Lead the day‑to‑day work in the field and keep production moving.

  • Enforce safety rules and shut down unsafe behavior immediately, no shortcuts.
  • Watch quality and productivity and fix issues before they become problems.
  • Read plans and specs and make sure the crew understands what needs to be built.
  • Jump in and work alongside the crew when needed such as framing, drywall, insulation, roofing, finish work, doors, windows, and more.
