• Enforcesafetyrulesandshutdownunsafebehaviorimmediately,no shortcuts.
• Watchqualityandproductivityandfixissuesbeforetheybecomeproblems.
• Readplansandspecsandmakesurethecrewunderstandswhatneedstobebuilt.
• Jumpinandworkalongsidethecrewwhenneededsuchasframing,drywall,insulation,roofing,finish work,doors,windows,andmore.
• Kepthejobsiteclean,organized,and professional.
• Takecareoftoolsandequipmentandmakesurenothingwalksoffthesite.
• Coordinatematerialdeliveriesandequipmentstaging.
• Keepthe Superintendentinthelooponprogress,crewneeds,andissues.
• Completedailylogsandbasicdocumentationusingprojectsoftware(like Procore).
• Helppushpunchlistsandfinishjobsstrong.

• 5+yearsofhands‑onconstructionexperience.
• Provenexperienceleadingcrews,running work,oractingasaforemanorlead.
• Astrongworkethicandaget‑it‑done attitude.
• Haveabiastowardactionandimpatiencetowardsthosethatlackfocusand/ortheabilitytogetresults.
• Solidknowledgeoftools,materials,andhowjobsarebuilt.
• Goodunderstandingofjobsitesafetyand
