Meet daily at the office in Gorham and travel with the crew to assigned job sites;
Perform general labor tasks to support paving and road construction projects;
Assist with the preparation, placement, and finishing of asphalt on commercial parking lots, non-highway roads, and sidewalks;
Support roadway construction and earthworks activities, including site preparation, grading, and cleanup;
Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds occasionally, following safe lifting practices
