Manager, Pharmacy Reimbursement Strategy and Finance

• Assist in development of next-generation Cost Vantage pro forma model aligned to Finance financials and supporting Payer Relations outputs
• Develop new benchmarking techniques and dashboards
• Partner with Finance and data warehouse teams to enhance drug pricing data integration processes
• Oversee and support modeling new pricing models across all lines of business in 2027 and beyond
• Liaise with the Payer Relations Team to incorporate emerging business needs into process and modeling
• Provide subject matter expertise and ad hoc analytics to finance, product development, operations, supply chain, and real estate partners
• Develop complex deal models and underwriting with the Payer Relations team for contracting negotiations with more than 100 payers and Pharmacy Benefits Managers
• Benchmark deal projections and analyze performance over time
• Communicate analytical recommendations, summaries, and nuances to senior leadership
• Implement technical and personnel processes to transition to the Cost Vantage model
• Support reporting for vaccine financials, cash pricing, and other reimbursement processes
• Assess financial impact of proposals across Retail and PBM organizations

• 3-5 years work experience in health care, finance, consulting, business analytics or related quantitative problem solving
• Strong analytical skillset and approach to problem solving
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Ability to build, maintain, and interpret complex deal models and quantify financial impacts
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive recommendations to leadership through impactful, insightful analytical-based presentations
• Ability to become trusted advisor to cross-functional business partners
• Ability to focus on long-term, strategic goals while executing against short-term objectives
• Ability to develop a deep understanding of the industry
• 1-2 years SQL experience
• Bachelor’s degree required

Capable of effectively communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams in the healthcare and finance sectors.
