Overview
$5,000 Sign‑On Bonus! A full-time floating Physical Therapist (PT) position is available in a senior living community. The successful candidate will float to facilities and private homes located throughout the Wiscasset, ME area.

- Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
- Possess a current Physical Therapist license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
- Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
- Work well with others in a team setting.
- Be flexible with hours.
Good Faith Rate Range: $34/hr – $42/hr.
Rehab Director / Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP) PositionA full-time REHAB DIRECTOR / Speech Language Pathologist (ST/SLP) position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods and data.
- Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision.
- Serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor.
- Provide speech therapy services as needed.
- Be a licensed speech therapist or license eligible in the state where employed.
- Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
- Ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department.
