Step into a dynamic, rewarding contract opportunity as a School Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time role, conveniently located near Gorham, ME, spans approximately two months with potential for extension through the full school year. You’ll work onsite, collaborating alongside committed professionals—including an SLPA—to provide crucial speech and language services in an engaging educational environment.

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible for state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, though strong clinical skills will be considered
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Monitor and document ongoing student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Provide therapy both individually and in group settings
