Overview
Sugarloaf Resort is looking for a Snow Tube Park Supervisor who takes genuine pride in guest experience and thrives on leading a team in a fast-paced, outdoor setting. This role leads the daily operation of the Sugarloaf Snow Tube Park, including the Moosecalator conveyor system and multiple tubing lanes, and is the on-site leader guests and team members look to for a safe, well-run, and memorable day on the snow.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mentoring others, solving problems on the spot, and creating positive guest interactions every day.
This full-time seasonal leadership role is anticipated to start at a wage of $22-25 per hour and comes with great job perks and access to resort activities.
Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate the daily work of up to six Tube Park Attendants, including scheduling and shift assignments.
- Deliver exceptional, welcoming guest service and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care.
- Oversee multiple tubing lanes and manage guest flow to keep operations safe, efficient, and enjoyable.
- Coordinate daily equipment inspections, operational readiness checks, and incident reporting for the Moosecalator conveyor and tube park.
- Lead safety briefings and operational checks at the start and close of each shift.
- Coach, train, and provide performance feedback to Tube Park Attendants, building a team known for great guest service and strong safety habits.
- Coordinate with Mountain Operations leadership to keep the park running smoothly.

- previous supervisory experience
- strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for guest service.
- the ability to stay composed and make sound decisions under time pressure.
- the ability to stand, walk, and remain active on snow and ice for the duration of an 8-hour shift, including lifting and carrying tubing equipment up to 25 pounds regularly.
- an interest and ability to work outdoors in a wide variety of winter conditions, including weekends and holidays as we expect those to be our busiest times.
Prior experience in a ski area, or outdoor recreation operations is preferred.
