Miami University Alumni Association is seeking a Customer Services Assistant to support Marcum Center operations. This full-time, hourly role carries a third shift (10:45 p.m.–7:00 a.m.) at the Marcum Hotel & Conference Center, with 32 scheduled hours per week and benefit eligibility.
You will handle guest inquiries, transactions, and basic clerical tasks while maintaining hotel records and assisting with stock and reservations.
