HR Generalist

Gorham, ME | $60,000-$68,000 | 4-5 Days Onsite

We're partnering with a growing manufacturing organization to hire an HR Generalist who wants to be a solid HR partner. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of HR experience who enjoys employee interaction, problem-solving, and supporting a wide variety of HR functions.

• Serve as the primary HR resource for employees and managers onsite
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, new hire orientation, and HRIS updates
• Support employee relations, investigations, and policy administration
• Assist with benefits, payroll inquiries, compliance, and reporting
• Coordinate training, engagement initiatives, and HR projects

• 1-3 years of HR experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Comfortable working directly with employees on the production floor
• Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
• Experience with onboarding, employee relations, and HR systems
