Construction/Restoration Project Manager – SERVPRO of Portland

As the Construction/Restoration Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This front‑line management position leads its team to operational excellence, working closely with residential and commercial customers and insurance adjusters.

• Ensure an accurate scope of work and prepare estimates using proprietary software
• Negotiate customer/client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources, including subcontractors
• Review job‑site documentation to support services and ensure proper billing
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses for equipment, vehicles, and material assets
• Manage the customer experience and overall satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED; associate degree or bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 3 years of industry experience
• IICRC certification preferred

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
• Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
