Temp-to-hire We’re hiring experienced welders for immediate openings on day shift in the Greater Portland area. Our client is a well‑established fabrication plant that values quality craftsmanship, safety, and precision. These positions offer competitive pay of $24–30 per hour and are temp-to-hire with full‑time hours + overtime. These are hands‑on, detail‑focused welding roles—not production line jobs. You’ll be working on custom fabrications, using your full range of skills in a clean, organized, and safety‑first environment.

- Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
- Perform FCAW, GMAW, and GTAW welding (1G–3G)
- Prep and finish work using clamps, jigs, grinders, and power tools
- 3–5 years of welding experience with proficiency in GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW
- Strong blueprint reading skills and mechanical aptitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet all day
