We are hiring for our first and second shifts at our newly built facility in Gorham, ME, less than a twenty‑minute drive to Portland. The Gorham area offers easy access to great outdoor activities, safe communities, and quality schooling for K‑12 and colleges.

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up and operate state‑of‑the‑art CNC machinery and ensure the quality of our industry‑leading tools.

• Create, set up, and maintain operation of a variety of CNC tool and cutter grinders in a high‑volume production environment, using Walters and Rollomatic machines.
• Assist manufacturing engineering in continuous improvement practices.
• Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections during manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot new product manufacturing processes and methodologies.

• Desire to succeed in a fast‑paced, growing company.
• Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology or relevant industry experience.
• Ability to follow engineering documents such as product drawings, process sheets, and standard operating procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to be cross‑trained and work with all departments to achieve results.

Starting pay begins at $23+ per hour, with higher wages for experienced candidates. Second‑shift team members receive a generous shift differential.
