Sign On Bonus: $2000 (paid as $1000 after 90 days and $1000 after 6 months).

Gorham, Maine | Environment:
Climate-Controlled Shop, Employee-Owned | Shift: 4x10s, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Thursday
Overtime:
Friday Half-Day with Overtime Available
- Machine Set-Up following prints and specifications for production machines (lathes, grinders, mills and similar equipment).
- Load Programs, Cutting Tools, Fixtures, and Vices as required; cut or bore jaws as needed.
- Inspect and measure finished parts to verify conformance to blueprints and identify setup-related issues.
- Maintain precise quality documentation proving the station is operating at peak performance.
- Maintain a safe and orderly production area and collaborate with team members to exchange skills and ideas.
Must be able to set up repeat jobs on production machines (lathes, grinders, mills and similar equipment).

- Cutting or Boring Jaws
Must be able to apply mathematics and instruments to calculate dimensions and tolerances. Must be able to read customer drawings and interpret design intent to plan setup accordingly.
Day-to-Day Requirements- Machine set-up following prints and specifications.
- Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet the blueprint and address any issues proactively.
- Maintain documentation proving station performance and process integrity.
- Maintain a safe and orderly production area.
- Engage in a collaborative environment that values exchange of skills and ideas.
Physical ability to operate machines. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and stretching. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
