Job title:
Ticket Checker – Lift Experience Team. You will greet guests by name and validate access at the lift maze, providing a fun, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring product integrity.
Job Specifications:

Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver premium guest service by providing information and assistance with a smile
- Validate tickets to ensure guests have a valid product before loading lifts
- Work with Lift Operators and other teams to ensure lift lines are safely managed and lifts are loaded efficiently
- Maintain and secure departmental equipment (scan devices, radios, etc.)
- Escalate issues to leadership as they arise (safety and product-related)
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must be able to work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for the entire shift on potentially slippery or uneven surfaces; may need to provide some of their own gear
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Must be able to handle high guest volumes professionally
- Adhere to safety standards and procedures
A Ticket Checker team member is flexible and may train to work across multiple departments and roles, including Lift Operations (18+), Mountain Activities, Retail Rentals, Food and Beverage Support, Ticket Sales, and Base Area Operation.
The pay range is $20.00/hr individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
