Job Summary: As the Base Area Operator, you perform critical operations in the base area to deliver an outstanding arrival experience for guests. This role may involve a variety of duties across the day to ensure great service and smooth resort operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in base area operations (parking, scanning, grounds maintenance, including snow removal in winter)
• Act as flexible labor for various projects and events
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Follow safety procedures to keep you and your team safe
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in seasonal environments
• Ability to lift 50 lb (22.6 kg)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work
• Ability to work weekends and holidays

A Base Area Operator may work across multiple departments, including Mountain Activities, Retail Rental operations, Food and Beverage Support, Ticket sales or scanning, Lift Operations, and Guest Services.

The pay range is $20/hr compensation decisions are based on various factors.
