Job Title:
A&P Mechanic Job Description We are seeking skilled and dedicated A&P Mechanics to join our team. You will perform inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet of aircraft, including the Cessna 402 and the new Tecnam P2012. You will work both independently and collaboratively in maintaining our aircraft to the highest standards.
- Perform daily inspections and scheduled/unscheduled flight maintenance.
- Conduct phase inspections and other regional airline maintenance duties.
- Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems to ensure safety and compliance.
- Work on the overhaul of the entire plane, providing comprehensive maintenance services.
- Possession of a current A&P License.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including first or second shifts and weekends.
- Ownership of a basic set of aircraft maintenance tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Entry-level A&P candidates are welcome to apply.
- Preferred experience in aircraft maintenance, whether in general aviation, military, or corporate settings.
- Strong attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in reading and writing for documentation purposes.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $81120.00/yr. Company benefits listed on website attached.
