• Installstructuresandfixtures,including framing,windows,doors,flooring,trim,and hardware.
• Verifytheaccuracyandalignmentofstructuresusinglevelsandothermeasuringtools.
• Erectandworkfromladders,scaffolding,andotherelevatedworkplatformsasneeded.
• Anchor,brace,andsecureformsandstructuresusingappropriateconstructionmethodsandmaterials.
• Assembleandfastenmaterialstoconstructframeworks,supports,andfinishedassemblies.
• Repair,replace,orremovedamagedstructuresandcomponents.
• Installroughdoorandwindowframes,subflooring,fixtures,andtemporarysupports.
• Mentorandsupportcarpenterapprenticesbysharingknowledge,coachingbestpractices,andpromotingsafeworkhabits.
• Communicateprofessionallywithsupervisors,subcontractors,clients,andfellowteammembers.
• Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworksite.
• Performotherdutiesasassignedtosupportbusinessandprojectneeds.

• Minimumof5yearsofhands-oncarpentryexperiencerequired.
• Demonstratedabilitytoindependentlyperformframing,layout,finish work,andgeneralcarpentrytaskswithminimalsupervision.
• Experiencereadingandinterpretingblueprints,plans,and specifications.
• Valid driver'slicenseandaccesstoreliabletransportation.
• Accesstopersonallyownedcarpentrytools.
• Strongattentiontodetailandprideinworkmanship.
• Abilitytomentorandsupportcarpenterapprentices.
• Workingknowledgeofarithmetic,geometry,andmeasurementcalculationsusedinconstruction.
