Tax Manager

Within Damen Global Support BV we provide specialist expertise in finance, tax, legal and compliance. This role strengthens our global tax function as a Tax Manager.

• Own & implement core direct tax processes and ensure the Tax Control Framework is robust, future‑proof and well embedded across the organization.
• Key direct tax areas:
  Global transfer pricing, Pillar Two implementation, Dutch tax accounting and compliance, direct tax advisory for the global Damen organization, tax aspects of M&A activities and corporate restructurings.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Legal and the business; act as a trusted partner to external advisors and tax authorities worldwide.
• Lead projects & strategy; manage medium‑sized tax projects from design through implementation.
• Co‑develop the tax strategy for future years together with the Head of Tax.
• Provide hands‑on, day‑to‑day tax advice to support business decisions in a dynamic international environment.

• University degree in Tax Law or Tax Economics.
• At least 5 years of experience in tax advisory and/or an in‑house tax role.
• Member of the Dutch Association of Tax Practitioners (NOB).
• Fluent in English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
• Ambitious, proactive and motivated to grow into a Head of Tax role in the coming years.
