Je vertaalt beleid van bovenaf naar dagelijkse aansturing, signaleert tijdig problematieken en creëert randvoorwaarden zodat iedereen zijn werk optimaal kan doen.
Werk is tijdelijk in verband met zwangerschapsverlof. De positie vereist een MSc/HLO-werk- en denkniveau, ervaring met management in een laboratorium en sterke Nederlandse en Engelse
