Basic Salary: 50,000 - 55,000 DOE
Benefits: 500/week standby, highly paid overtime, all travel paid, NVQ Level 4 funded, management progression
Locations: Swansea, Llanelli, Morriston, Bridgend, Porthcawl, Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff, Barry, Newport, Cwmbran, Aberdare, and the surrounding South Wales areas.

Marmon Lift Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Lift Engineer to join a respected lift company covering Swansea and South Wales
. Offering 65,000+ OTE, 500/week standby, paid travel, a local route, and genuine progression into senior technical or management roles.

• Service, repair, and maintenance of passenger and goods lifts
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• Breakdown response and call-outs
• Planned preventative maintenance
• Accurate reporting of repairs and defects
• Managing your own route and customer relationships

• NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years' lift industry experience
• Background in service, repair, or installation
• Full UK driving licence
• Within commuting distance of Swansea

• 65,000+ realistic on-target earnings
• 500 per week standby allowance plus additional payment per call-out
• Highly paid overtime available
• Local South Wales route - no nationwide coverage
