Cost Accountant – Goshen, Indiana
Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually

- Analyze and maintain standard costs, variances, and inventory valuations.
- Prepare and analyze cost reports related to labor, materials, and overhead.
- Support month‑end close with inventory and cost‑related journal entries.
- Partner with operations to identify cost‑saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and margin analysis.
- Ensure accurate BOMs, routings, and cost structures within the ERP system.
- Support internal and external audits related to inventory and costing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–6 years of cost accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of standard costing, variance analysis, and inventory accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Net Suite, Epicor, Oracle, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities.
- Detail‑oriented with the ability to communicate financial insights to non‑financial teams.
