Controller
Goshen, IN Area | $140K-$160K Our client is a stable, privately held manufacturing company with a 50-year history of success. They are seeking a hands-on Controller to join their management team and partner closely with executive leadership.
Responsibilities- Lead month-end close and financial reporting
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Oversee AP/AR and accounting operations
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
- Present financial results and support pricing decisions
- Drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Supervise a small accounting team
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus)
- Strong financial reporting and leadership skills
- Hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
