Senior Accountant (Consultant)
Location:
Goshen, IN (100% Onsite)
Salary: $85,000.00 to $
Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support month-end close, reconciliations, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for a CPA who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and making an immediate impact.
Responsibilities- Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close activities
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Improve and document accounting processes
- Maintain audit-ready support and schedules
- Assist with ERP and reporting projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Active CPA required
- 3+ years of public accounting OR 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
- Strong Excel skills
- Audit background
- ERP experience (Business Central a plus)
- Power BI exposure
- Process improvement mindset
- Business Central
