We are looking to hire a Parts Associate for our Customer Care team in Goshen Indiana. This role will primarily work with dealers to help determine correct replacement parts, but will also assist our customer care team, warehouse and any other internal and external stakeholders when necessary.
- Utilize resources including technology and fellow associates to find and verify correct parts.
- Assist other Brinkley employees as necessary including parts, sales, production, warranty etc. with projects or Customer assistance.
- Follow established procedures and help to improve efficiency and team performance through continuous improvement projects.
- Process parts orders; from the Brinkley Dealer Portal, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist retail Customers with any parts questions.
- Process returned material authorizations.
- Research parts and procure quotes when necessary.
- Any other miscellaneous duties or tasks.

- Be competent in your role and understand how it impacts the organization and our Customers.
- This candidate must exhibit clear and concise communication skills, be respectful and polite in their interactions, and consistently maintain a team mentality going above and beyond for other team members and the Customer.
