What You’ll Do

As a key point of contact, you’ll help customers, dealers, and partners resolve product-related questions and concerns.

Day-to-day, you will:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot product issues and provide solutions (first-call resolution is the goal!)
  • Explain product features, warranty details, and service options
  • Document interactions in our system (Freshdesk) for accurate follow-up
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve more complex issues
  • Identify trends in customer concerns and suggest improvements
  • Stay up to date on products, policies, and procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience
  • Basic understanding of electrical/voltage concepts (helpful for troubleshooting)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Basic understanding of how warranty works
  • Familiarity with aftermarket customers
Bonus Points If You Have
  • Experience in the RV or related industries
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a “figure it out” mindset
  • Monday–Friday
  • Occasional flexibility needed (early mornings, evenings, or weekends)
  • Office-based role with light physical activity
  • Occasional travel for training or industry events
