Location: Goshen, IN

Join my client’s team and become a technical leader in advanced thermal spray and welding technologies. This is a hands‑on engineering role where you'll help develop, troubleshoot, and optimize cutting‑edge coating and welding systems that support critical industrial applications around the world.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the technical expert for thermal spray and PTA welding systems
  • Troubleshoot, calibrate, assemble, and commission coating and welding equipment
  • Program and debug PLC‑controlled systems
  • Calibrate mass flow controllers and support system testing
  • Implement engineering updates to mechanical and electrical designs
  • Support customers with technical issues, training, and system optimization
  • Assist with development of thermal spray coatings and weld overlays
About You
  • Degree in Welding Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field
  • Expertise in HVOF thermal spray coating and/or PTA welding processes
  • Strong understanding of metallurgy and industrial gas flow systems
  • Ability to read schematics, vendor manuals, and electrical control documentation
  • Experience with PLC programming, ladder logic, and control panel construction
