Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting Division Director, providing caseload management and oversight of offenders on pre-trial services, and preparing, maintaining, submitting documents and reports to the courts.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social Work or Criminal Justice required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in probation or social services delivery agency/program preferred
• Must obtain Probation Officer certification from the Indiana Judicial Center within 6 mo. of hire
• Must be self-motivated and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality, must demonstrate strong communication skills, strong time-management skills and possess the ability to work well with others
• Must possess a valid driver's license; must be 21 years of age and an American Citizen
• Background check & drug screen required
