What You’ll Do as a Residential Assistant

We are looking for PRN Residential Assistants for our group home in Goshen. Evening and overnight shifts available.

  • Assistance in maintaining daily routines.
  • Providing skills and support to enable clients to regain coping abilities, enhance independent living skills, and prevent further disability.
  • Creating a therapeutic milieu to facilitate treatment
  • Will interact with community contacts, physicians, pharmacists, professionals, family members and center staff on the client’s behalf.
Requirements for a Residential Assistant
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience with targeted population a plus.
  • Must be 20 years old.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Schedules include evenings, nights and weekend shift
