Overview
This position is intended for a senior Rad Tech student only.
Responsibilities- Transports inpatients safely to the Imaging Department for specific examinations prescribed by the attending physician.
- Returns patients to their rooms after the procedure has been completed.
- Provides office coverage as assigned in the routine schedule.
- Assists technologists with patients and collaborates with all members of the department and the nursing staff.
- Minimum Education: Must be able to read, write and understand simple instructions. Must be able to perform simple manual tasks as assigned.
- Preferred Education: High school graduate or the equivalent.
- Preferred Experience: 6 months in a related work situation.
- Certifications
Required:
CPR certification.
