Senior IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT System Administrator to support and maintain our organization’s IT infrastructure across the U.S. This role plays a critical part in ensuring system reliability, strengthening cybersecurity, and delivering high-quality technical support to end users.

You’ll work closely with both local and global IT teams to maintain secure, efficient, and scalable systems that support business operations.

• Provide advanced technical support for end users, resolving hardware and software issues
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT equipment (laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals)
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and virtualization environments
• Support and manage network systems (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switches)
• Enhance cybersecurity through access control, patch management, endpoint protection, and system monitoring
• Maintain and test backup and disaster recovery processes
• Document systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures
• Assist with IT projects and global technology initiatives
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including user account management

• 5+ years of experience in system administration or a related IT role
• Strong expertise in:
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory & Azure AD
  • Microsoft 365
  • Intune
• Solid networking knowledge (Cisco, Aruba, firewalls)
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper‑V)
• Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices
• Working knowledge of ITIL processes is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities
• Customer‑focused mindset with a service‑oriented approach
• Ability to prioritize and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable working under pressure, especially during critical incidents
• On‑site role based in Goshen, Indiana
• Occasional travel to other locations may be required
• Must be able to respond effectively during system outages or cybersecurity incidents
