Location: Onsite Goshen, IN (Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship)
Salary: $75,000–$85,000
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

This IT Systems Administrator role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team‑oriented environment and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities- Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory
- Manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint systems
- Support and maintain network infrastructure (Cisco, Aruba, firewalls, wireless, switching)
- Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper‑V)
- Lead and support a company‑wide computer refresh project through year‑end
- Collaborate with U.S. and global IT teams
- 5+ years of experience in a systems administration or related IT role
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Solid networking expertise (Cisco, Aruba, firewalls, wireless)
- Virtualization experience (VMware or Hyper‑V)
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
