Here’s what we are looking for in future Operator team members:

• Experience operating Hotmelts or Vorwoods
• Confirming placement of material on the machine
• Moving material manually or using an automatic feeding mechanism
• Monitoring machine operation, and modifying control mechanisms to secure uniformity with specified tolerances
• Good record of attendance at previous jobs
• Individuals that are eager to grow their career and willing to represent our values of Agility, Enjoyment, and Always Improving
• Ability to lift, up to, 50lb.

Salary: $66,100.00 – $77,800.00.
