Parts Specialist

Bobcat of Michiana is currently seeking a Parts Specialist at our Goshen, IN facility. This role will be responsible for fulfilling customer parts needs in the most efficient and accurate manner.

This is a Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

• Fulfill customer parts needs in the most efficient and accurate manner
• Record information carefully and identify needed parts using the most efficient method
• Shipping and receiving duties including packaging and loading orders for delivery; ensuring quantity and quality of incoming orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses
• Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory within the parts storage areas

• Superior customer service and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Basic computer skills
• Prior parts experience or mechanical aptitude
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Motivation to participate in continuous improvement with the department
