Production Associate - Goshen

Job Description

Master Brand Cabinets is hiring full‑time Production Associates to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. In this role you will assemble or manufacture cabinets and cabinet components to meet or exceed production goals. Training is provided.

• 1st Shift: 5:00AM – 1:30PM, Monday‑Friday, with overtime.
• 2nd Shift: 3:00PM – 11:30PM, Monday‑Friday, with overtime.

Starting pay: $18.00 per hour. 2nd shift includes $2.00 shift incentive.

• Read measurements, work, or calculate numbers.
• Use handheld tools: pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, power drills.
• 18 years of age, reliable transportation, willing to work overtime as needed.
• Prefer previous experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Prefer assembly or production‑oriented environment.
• Physically demanding: lift, bend, push, pull, move up to 50lbs.; stand or walk up to 10‑12 hours per shift.
