Cylinder Cure Operator- 1st shift

Experienced curing rubber operator with a solid background in operating and monitoring curing and rubber processing equipment. Skilled in maintaining product quality, following safety protocols, and optimizing production efficiency. Proven ability to troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure consistent output in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Cures extruded tubes, performs quality checks, delivers mandrels to/from workstations, performs material handler / lift assist functions.

• Preps tubes to be specific length
• Delivers stock of extruded tubes.
• Sprays mandrels with release agent
• Loads/unloads mandrels on/off breaker/wrapper
• Loads uncured tubes on mandrels
• Wraps/Unwraps tubes on mandrels
• Places cured tubes on staging stock trucks
• Performs quality checks in cured tubes
• Inspect /OD on each cured tube
• Loads/unloads mandrels onto autoclave carts

This position is 1st shift 6am-2pm Mon‑Fri with overtime when needed.
