Location:901 E Madison Street, Goshen, IN (across from Goshen High School)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.

As an Industrial Sewer
, you'll use industrial sewing machines to produce high-quality seating and interior products while working in a collaborative manufacturing team. Your craftsmanship helps create products used by customers around the world.

• Operate industrial sewing machines safely and efficiently.
• Sew high-quality products according to customer and production specifications.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards.
• Inspect your work to ensure accuracy and craftsmanship.
• Work as part of a production team to meet daily goals.
• Cross-train on multiple products and sewing processes.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and teamwork throughout the department.

• Basic sewing skills or the aptitude to learn through a sewing assessment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• Willingness to learn multiple products and rotate between workstations.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and regularly lift up to 20 pounds.

This position is performed in a manufacturing facility and requires standing throughout the shift while operating industrial sewing machines. The work involves repetitive hand movements, light lifting, and working around fabric materials in a non-air-conditioned production environment.
