DSP

ADEC INC. seeks a DSP to support manufacturing of high-quality dental equipment at our Newberg, OR campus. In this hands-on role, you'll operate production equipment, follow detailed work instructions, and perform inspections to ensure precise, reliable components. You'll maintain accurate production records, follow strict safety and quality standards, and assist with basic equipment setup and routine maintenance. Working in a collaborative, people-first culture, you'll help improve processes, support continuous improvement, and contribute to innovative products used by dental professionals worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to manufacture dental equipment components to quality standards
• Follow detailed work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures in a manufacturing environment
• Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, documenting results and reporting issues to supervisors
• Perform basic equipment setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance to ensure smooth production
• Accurately record production data, material usage, and work order completion in tracking systems
• Collaborate with team members, engineers, and leads to resolve production issues and improve processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area aligned with 5

• Participate in training, cross-training, and skill development to support flexible manufacturing operations
