• Minimum rate is $28.32 for LPN
• $3000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE)
• Minimum rate is $35.87 for RN

• Assessing clients upon admission.
• Collecting data regarding a client’s mental and physical health status.
• Providing health education, somatic therapies, medication and crisis intervention.
• Reporting adverse drug reactions to physician and pharmacist.
• Managing and securely storing medications and samples.
• Documenting all necessary information in patient charts.
• 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts.
• Assist direct care staff when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Current Indiana RN or LPN license
• Two years of post-degree psychiatric experience in a similar position preferred
