Brief Description

What You’ll Do as a Crew Member- Promote and sell memberships and retail packages to grow the business.
- Provide a standout customer service experience, helping guests understand pricing and services.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products and services to succeed as a sales-focused Crew Member.
- Support daily operations, including vehicle loading and equipment setup.
- Ensure every guest has an outstanding experience from start to finish.
- Perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- A warm, genuine smile and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
