As a Customer Service & Sales Associate, you'll be the first person our customers see when they walk through the door. Full-Time:
Up to 30-35 hours per week. Availability Needed:

• Monday–Friday (Mornings & Afternoons/Evening Shifts)
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Schedules vary based on business needs.

• Welcome customers and provide outstanding service
• Process garment drop-offs and pickups
• Operate the point-of-sale system
• Handle payments and customer transactions
• Assist with wash, dry, and fold laundry orders
• Promote services, specials, and seasonal offers
• Answer customer questions and resolve concerns
• Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting
• Balance cash drawer and complete daily closing tasks
