Project Specialist – Flex

The Project Specialist Flex role involves ensuring Anderson Merchandisers' standards are upheld to meet client demands for intricate store remodels and special projects. The position requires managing substantial store product and fixture reconfigurations and fulfilling various client‑requested merchandising tasks.

• Build and uninstall sales floor fixtures.
• Move existing sales floor fixtures, including basic and complex installations.
• Install basic electronic equipment—no programming or setup functions.
• Perform basic modular and counter detailing, setting merchandise to modular guidelines.
• Relocate excess merchandise to new locations designated by store management.
• Use basic hand tools and/or cordless drill.
• Complete other merchandising tasks or audits as required.
• Work on a project‑based schedule, typically overnight and on weekends; daytime shifts may occur occasionally.
• Perform tasks during project duration before the possibility of transfer to another project or position.

Flexible schedule required, including nights, overnights, and weekends.

• High School Diploma or equivalency certificate.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read a planogram/mod or retail remodel (preferred).

• Lift objects and products up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and carrying, and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Work may be performed while sitting, standing, or walking.
• Fine hand manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper and lower body mobility required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
