Roofing Field Supervisor

• Lead daily service calls on shingle, metal, and low‑slope roofs.
• Diagnose leaks and perform hands‑on repairs.
• Explain issues and solutions to homeowners.
• Document work using Zuper.
• Guide and train 1–2 team members.

• 4+ years roofing experience: shingle & metal required; low‑slope roofing, siding, and seamless gutter installation a plus.
• Strong diagnostics and repair skills.
• Professional communication with homeowners.
• Ability to lead a small crew and work independently.
• Physically able to climb, lift 50+ lbs, and work at heights.
• Valid IN or MI driver’s license.
